STATUS UPDATE: Architect Scott Dutton will appear before the Kingston Planning Board on Tuesday, October 13 at 6p.m. RUPCO is waiting for a rezoning of this block on Cedar Street from an “O2-Office 2” to “C2-Commercial 2.” This complex also requires a special permit.
