Only homes in the 12550 zip code are eligible for this program.

Primary Residence
Must own and occupy home receiving assistance. Vacation or second homes will not be considered.
Up to date on taxes and insurance
Must be up to date on all school, land taxes, mortgage and homeowners insurance payments must be up to date. Permanent mortgage modifications to prevent foreclosure must be in place for at least 6 months.
Meet Income Guidelines
Income must be reported for all household members who are over 18 and who are not full-time students. Due to the risk of foreclosure, households with no income or negative income cannot be served by the program.
