RUPCO Now Accepting Applications for Silver Gardens Senior Housing in Highland, NY

Highland, NY — RUPCO is now accepting applications for Silver Gardens, a new affordable senior housing development located at 58 Andi Court in Highland, NY (Ulster County). Applications must be postmarked by July 1, 2025, at 4:00 PM to be included in the initial lottery for available apartments.

Lottery Information
The housing lottery will take place on Monday, July 15, 2025, at 12:00 PM at 304 Flatbush Avenue, Kingston, NY, and can be livestreamed on the agency’s Facebook page. Selected applicants will be contacted for the next steps in the eligibility review process.

Fair Housing Information
