RUPCO is inviting Ulster County Homeowners to attend an information seminar regarding Home Repair Grants and how to apply for the wait list. This session will discuss our current Ulster County Community Development Block grant, eligibility requirements, selection and construction process as well as how to get on the waiting list for CDBG and other future funding.
