Homeowner Repair Programs at RUPCO

For over 30 years, RUPCO has proudly administered a variety of homeowner repair programs designed to strengthen our community. Through these programs, we help eligible homeowners complete critical repairs, make accessibility modifications, pursue energy-efficiency upgrades, and even replace mobile homes.

Our services extend to residents of Columbia, Dutchess, Greene, Orange, Sullivan, and Ulster counties. If you own and occupy a home in one of these counties and complete the intake form below, a RUPCO staff member will review your information to determine if you appear eligible for current or future programs.

If you meet preliminary eligibility, you will be added to the “RUPCO Homeowner Priority List,” ensuring you are alerted about funding opportunities before they are made available to the general public. Once you are on the priority list, you’ll be paired with opportunities that you appear eligible for as they become available.

Please note:

  1. Submitting the intake form does not guarantee immediate assistance or funding approval. You will need to submit a specific program application and meet program requirements (including location, household income, type of home, being current on mortgage payments and property taxes, etc.) if and when you’re notified that funding is available.
  2. RUPCO will notify you within 10 business days whether or not you were eligible to join the RUPCO Homeowner Priority List.
  3. Cosmetic repairs are not eligible.
