Terms & Conditions:
First-time homebuyers only. Must occupy the home as primary residence for 10 years. Must be able to secure an affordable primary loan for the balance. Must complete RUPCO counseling and homebuyer education. Funding is being provided as a soft second zero interest differed forgivable lien on the home. Single family condos and town homes eligible (manufactured homes or commercial properties are not eligible). Other program restrictions and requirements may apply.
