Join us to celebrate 40 years of creating homes, supporting people, and improving communities! Mark your calendar for Comunity Lunch this November 4, 11:30 AM at The Chateau.

Take a stroll down memory lane with us as we look back at four decades of creating affordable housing and fostering community development in the Hudson Valley. Formed in 1981 as Rural Ulster Preservation Company and rebranded in 2013 as “RUPCO,” our agency has expanded its geographical reach and breadth of services throughout the years. Still, we have stayed true to our original mission – to create homes and improve communities.
