East End II – Ribbon Cutting Celebration

Join us in celebrating the completion of East End II in Newburgh – RUPCO’s largest project to date! The celebration begins at 2:30 PM on Wednesday, September 6th at Highpoint (245 Liberty Street, Newburgh NY 12550) – RUPCO & LYNC‘s newly renovated community and event space.

East End II is a mixed-income/mixed-use revitalization project involving the historic rehabilitation of 12 vacant blighted buildings and new infill construction of 12 buildings to create 61 rental apartments in 22 buildings – clustered across 5 blocks, situated between Newburgh’s Broadway & South Street commercial corridors. The project also includes a Community Service Facility (CSF) and commercial space in the adaptive re‐use of the former First United Methodist Church located at 245 Liberty St. and 257 Liberty St. that together comprise a full square block that will serve as a community hub called Highpoint.
