- How can I apply to live at a RUPCO property?
RUPCO owns and/or manages a rental portfolio of 751 affordable apartments across 23 developments located in Ulster, Orange, and Greene Counties. Our properties include a mix of artist, senior, family, and special needs rental housing. Tenant eligibility is determined by income, age (for senior properties), and household size. - How can RUPCO help me pay my rent?
RUPCO administers multiple rental assistance programs, including Section 8 (in Ulster and Greene county), Housing Opportunities for Persons with Aids (HOPWA), Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative (ESSHI), and New York State Supportive Housing Program (NYSSHP). Click here to learn more.
- How can I receive a Section 8 voucher?
RUPCO is the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV)/Section 8 Program’s local administrator in Ulster and Greene Counties, managing over 2,000 vouchers in our offices in Catskill and Kingston. The Ulster County and Greene County lists are currently closed and are not taking applicants.
