Dedicated, enthusiastic person able to work independently in a busy housing services office.

Strong work ethic, computer literacy, attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary. Valid Drivers License required.

Experience in customer or human services and/or banking a plus! Prefer minimum of Associates degree.

Responsible for:

  • Interviewing
  • File management
  • Income certification
  • Correspondence related to housing programs.

Work activities will include a caseload of households eligible for Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Rental Housing assistance.
