RUPCO is led by a dedicated, diverse, and volunteer Board of Directors and Advisory Council who are committed to our mission of creating homes, supporting people, and improving communities.
The Board oversees the agency’s direction in three modes: strategic, fiduciary, and generative. Their commitment to RUPCO is best exemplified by completing the NeighborWorks America’s Excellence in Governance program in 2017, a robust, 18-month board training program that helps boards create lasting, adaptive change and transform from responsible to exceptional.
