RUPCO owns and/or manages a rental portfolio of 751 affordable apartments across 23 developments located in Ulster, Orange, and Greene Counties. Our properties include a mix of artist, senior, family, and special needs rental housing. We strive to provide our residents with safe, affordable, and well-maintained homes.
Tenant eligibility is determined by income, age (for senior properties), and household size. Several properties have additional preference criteria. Please visit the links below for information about each property and its tenancy’s requirements.
