RUPCO provides property management services for Milton Harvest, a senior housing complex located at 48 Josies Path in Milton. Completed in 2011, Milton Harvest houses a total of 47 one-bedroom apartments reserved for income-eligible seniors aged 55 and older.  Many of the apartments at Milton Harvest include rental assistance that allows vulnerable populations to live sustainably and affordably.

As of October 2025, and in accordance with NYSHCR guidelines, we can no longer accept paper applications for Project Based Vouchers. Applicants must apply online through the NYSHCR portal, where they can apply to PBV waiting lists, make changes or updates to existing applications, and view which waiting lists they are on as well as their positions. RUPCO staff are unable to inform applicants of their positions on waiting lists.
