RUPCO completed the historic rehabilitation of the Pettit House in uptown Kingston in 2007. This Calvert Vaux-inspired turn-of-the-century Gothic revival building that had once been a boarding home sat vacant for several years until RUPCO partnered with the City of Kingston to rehabilitate the structure and create homeownership opportunities. The building includes four unique condominiums and a beautiful garden that catches the eye of those passing by.
