RDAC to Honor Bernard Bowen with the Legacy Award at Annual Dinner

Walden, NY — The Rural Development Advisory Corporation (RDAC), a subsidiary of RUPCO, is pleased to announce its upcoming Legacy Award Celebration, set to take place on November 21, at 5:30 PM at  The Table, 73 Clinton Street, Montgomery, NY 12549. This year, RDAC will honor Bernard Bowen, a dedicated community leader from the Town of Montgomery, for his significant contributions to the community and commitment to enhancing the quality of life for residents of Orange County.

The Legacy Award is presented annually to individuals whose service and leadership have impacted their communities.
