Our communities offer our residents the security of 24-hour emergency maintenance contact, refuse removal, landscape maintenance and snow removal. Several of our properties offer off-street parking and on-site laundry.
Most of our apartments have some type of subsidy that helps to keep rent affordable. Tenant eligibility is determined by income, age (for some properties), family composition and additional preference criteria, such as:
*Both these criteria apply strictly to our Stuyvesant property only.
There is ONE UNIVERSAL RENTAL APPLICATION for ALL our rental properties:
RUPCO Universal Rental Application Form
A property list is on the application where you check off which property you are applying to for residence.
No applicant will be discriminated against due to race, color, religion, sex, age, familial status or national origin.
Each property has specific income guidelines and the chart below can help you determine who is qualified to live in each development. Many have long waiting lists, so we encourage applications long before you think you want to move. To receive an application for one of our properties, you may contact RUPCO at 845.331.2140 or select a property from “Our Communities” list below to read about and download an application today!
