Renting a home is a perfect option for many of the people RUPCO serves. Renting is often the best choice for people who are very young or very old; who are not yet ready to make a commitment to homeownership responsibility or who no longer want to maintain and support a home. Renting is great for new people in a community, regardless of age or income. It gives them a chance to get the feel of a community and determine what their best purchase options might be.

RUPCO offers 430 safe, decent and affordable apartments for rent and helps thousands of people each year to pay their rent. We help landlords and support their efforts to provide good rental housing options and we advocate for healthy and effective relationships between landlords and their tenants.
