RUPCO Emergency Assistance Fund
RUPCO receives funding from the United Way of Ulster County and other sources that can be used for security deposits, one month’s rental arrears, or rental assistance. Clients requesting assistance are required to produce documentation of their hardship and show the ability to pay for their housing going forward. DOWNLOAD Click here to download the Emergency-Assistance-Initial-Eligibility-Screening-Sheet. This application is a fillable PDF which you can complete online; however you must print it off, sign it, and return by mail or drop off at our office at 289 Fair Street, Kingston.
