Reasonable Accommodations for Tenants
Under a law signed on December 2, 2020, the New York State Human Rights Law (HRL) was amended to require all housing providers to “disclose to all tenants and prospective tenants of their right to request reasonable modifications and accommodations if they have a disability.”
