RUPCO manages several programs that can provide emergency assistance to neighbors in need.  

RUPCO Emergency Assistance Fund for Ulster County Residents

RUPCO is not accepting Emergency Assistance applications at this time due to limited funds and extensive needs within the community. Should you need assistance, please call Family of Woodstock at 845-331-7080 (31 Albany Ave, Kingston NY) or United Way of Ulster County at 845-331-4199 (450 Albany Ave. Kingston NY.)



Solutions to End Homelessness Program (STEHP)

STEHP’s program and waitlist are currently full and we are not accepting applications at this time. If you are currently housed, you should call Legal Services of the Hudson Valley for STEHP Prevention assistance at 845-331-9373 (550 Aaron Ct, Kingston NY.) If you are 25 years or younger, you should call Family of Woodstock at 845-331-7080 (31 Albany Ave, Kingston NY.) We will be update our social media outlets and website when our STEHP program is accepting applications again.
