December 3, 2019 – RUPCO’s Landmark Place has secured all funding and is scheduled to close construction financing on December 13th 2019. RUPCO looks forward to commencing construction immediately in the New Year on this important campus of 66 new homes for our senior population. Landmark Place is an integrated campus of senior and supportive housing tied to historic preservation and adaptive re-use of existing buildings paired with new construction.

This news is most poignant at this time of year during the onset of cold weather, which often finds seniors to be the most vulnerable to homelessness. The 66 units of senior supportive housing addresses the critical shortage of permanent, affordable housing for seniors.
